Am I eligible for a Blue Cross health insurance plan? |
To apply for Blue Cross health insurance, you must:
• Be a resident of Ontario
• Have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card
• Not be hospitalized
• Meet the eligibility criteria for the product you are
interested in (consult our list
of products)

I am perfectly healthy. Why do I need a personal health insurance plan? |
