holders, this program provides information and services that sets
Blue Cross apart. When you subscribe to an Blue Cross
individual health plan, you automatically gain access to the advice
of registered nurses, referrals to health professionals in your
area, appointment coordination assistance, guidance in planning
homecare services, free legal consultations, support and services
after hospitalization or childbirth including domestic help,
medication delivery, transportation costs, personal response
device, tutoring services and nursing services.
