The Canada Package Plan is for Canadians travelling exclusively within Canada. Benefits include coverage for Trip Cancellation or Interruption, Emergency Medical Care expenses, Air Flight Accident, Public Transportation Accident, 24-hour accident, Baggage Insurance and the ultimate security of CanAssistance Emergency Travel Assistance.

This plan must be purchased once the first non-refundable deposit is made on the trip, and is available for trips up to 182 days.

The covered person must be insured for all prepaid travel expenses that are non-refundable.
